Step 3 Wait till the LED is blinking amber and green, then launch the Kasa App and click on Add device. Step 4 tap Choose from Pre-configured Devices. WebbI have 3 HS200 v5 smart switches. When the power bumps, the switch tries to connect to wifi, which doesn't have internet connectivity yet. The connection to the cloud fails and the switch never tries again. Its internal clock is not synced and schedules do not work. This leaves the switch on until it is manually reset.

I've got the same problem. 2-position older switch. Connected to network. LED goes on and off. Clicks. Zero power. Light works with regular switch. Kind of a joke if you ask me. To reset the plug, turn off the device > take out the plug from the power outlet > wait for 30 seconds > now, plug it back and long-press the setup button.

WebbThe HS200 and HS220. These are made by tp link. The problem is that whenever I might need to reboot my orbi router the Kasa switches don’t alway connect back to my orbi after rebooting. I never had issue before and since the last few month everything is very slow to response from my phone or google voice command.
