WebWell, that's just quite weird then. At this point I'd try uninstalling FOOK2, then try Fallout 3, just to see if it crashes. Downloading FOOK2 again, installing and if it still doesn't run I'd say uninstalling everything, even Fallout 3, installing the game again, try and see if it still runs, then if it does try installing FOOK2, no modification, not even to the ini files.
